a. What is my Account ? How do I update my Information?

My Account on Eleczo helps you to view your orders and manage orders and to have complete control on transaction done on Eleczo. Managing or editing personal data like address, telephone number, email address, credit status, request for quotation, purchase list, storing multiple address and changing password keeps the information upto date.

b. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been placed by you and payament authorization has been received, Eleczo sales representative confirms the receipt of order and begins processing it(only for NEFT/RTGS) .You will receive a mail containing order details with a reference id(#100098), list of items you have ordered and the expected despatch time.You will also be notified when the order will be shiped to you with tracking number.

c. Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?

Products that are out of stock can be dispatched within specific lead time mentioned and customer will be informed by sales representative of Eleczo about the lead time and customer can order the product even if it is out of stock during the lead time(10 to 15 days).

a. What are the different types of shopping method?

Shopping methods are divided into four categories :
1.Quick Buy: In today’s scenario everyone prefers easy purchase. Quick Buy helps to select the product without browsing the whole product page by entering the brand name, category/ model number and reference number.
2. Rate Contracts: At Eleczo you will get the maximum benefits of shopping electrical products online. Rate contracts allows to become a registered member and get multiple product at a special price on every purchase for the time period as per the terms and condition of rate contract.
3. Credit Policy: Credit policy makes the payment easier at eleczo and raising the business to new levels by making the best use of your credits. Credit is assigned by the partner and the partner takes responsibility on behalf of the customer, in order to assign credit to the customer.
4. Bulk orders: As, an Eleczo customer , you will be entitled to avail some of the most unbelievable discounts and best on time.Delivery for buying products in bulk throughout India.

b. Why do I see price variation for the same product of different brands on Eleczo ?

Eleczo consist of multiple brands with same product types and different titles , this what makes Eleczo a unique online closed marketplace, where each product having similar specifications, attributes, features and different price, but at the end customer is loyal and familiar with particular brand. For example Siemens and Schneider Electric having same circutbrakers, customer would prefer the brand to which he is more loyal.

Customer should be aware of the product use, specifications and Quality before getting the order placed and packed.

a. What is citrus Wallet?

Citrus wallet is your money manager, it allows you to transfer money from your bank account to your wallet which can be used to purchase products on Eleczo. When your debit/credit card is blocked or their is insufficient funds in the bank account to make a payment , wallet can be used to make the payment and this helps in reducing the banking process.

b. How do I activate citrus wallet?

Citrus wallet can be activated by providing all necessary information like name, email id ,address and contact details, bank account numbers in order to transfer money. Once the details have been filled, one time verification code will be sent to registered mobile number to activate the wallet.

c. How do I use wallet to make payment?

At the time of making a payment, you will be able to view the available balance in your Wallet and you can use it for the transaction. There might be some instances where the complete balance might not be sufficient for the purchase. The reasons for the same will be displayed.

d. What happens when I return a item purchased using wallet?

When a Item purchased has been returned using the wallet, amount is refunded to wallet only when the manufacturer agrees for the defect in the product and he acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer.

e. How safe is citrus wallet?

Citrus Wallet uses Verisign certified 128-bit encryption technology and is PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified to ensure the security of your credit/debit card, net banking information.

a. How do I make payments for purchase on Eleczo?

Eleczo offers multiple payment options for the product purchased on Eleczo. Customer is assured for the payment done online as Eleczo has tied up with trusted gateway third party HDFC, who use secure encryption to keep your transactions details confidential. Customers can make payments by using Internet Banking(NEFT/RTGS), Debit cards, Credit cards and citrus wallet.

b. Are there any Hidden charges when I make a purchase on Eleczo?

There are NO HIDDEN charges when you make purchase on Eleczo, price listed for all the products is best price after discount. Delivery charges are applicable according to which region the product has to be dispatched.

c. How do I pay using a debit/credit card?

We accept payments made by debit/credit card
1.Credit cards:Once the order has been placed, you will be redirected to the HDFC gateway page where you need to fill your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be asked for entering One-time OTP received to complete the transaction.
2.Debit cards:Once the order has been placed, you will be redirected to the HDFC gateway page where you need to fill your card number, expiry date , three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). You will then be asked for entering your online password issued by your bank to complete the transaction.

d. Is it safe to use my debit/credit on Eleczo?

Your online transaction on Eleczo is secure with the highest levels of transaction security of third party . All the banks now use 3D secure password service for all online transactions providing an additional layer of security through identification verification .

e. What steps does Eleczo take to prevent card misuse?

Eleczo realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online third party partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transaction.

f. Can I use my Internet Banking features to make a payment?

Yes. Eleczo offers you the convenience of using your Internet Banking service to make a payment by using option NEFT/RTGS only for Company.Once UTR reference number is received by eleczo team and the amount received is validated , your order will be processed.

    Delivery process at Eleczo involves various procedure that are order confirmation, procurement of the product, packaging of the product and shipping the product to the customer . Delivery chain of Eleczo defines that products are shipped nationwide without delay.
  2. What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charges vary according to the region, area and delivery charges are nominal for all the products within the state and other states also.
  3. What is the estimated dispatched time?

    Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors
    1. Manufacturers offering the products.
    2. Product availability with seller.
    3. Product to be shipped according to the geographical location and location of the seller.
  4. How are items packed during the shipping process?

    Items are packed with bubble wrap in a safe manner keeping in view defects in quality, quantity and fragile products.
  5. How can i track the delivery of my order?

    Once the order is out for shipment, the customer is provided with tracking or reference number to track the order. Generally products are shipped to customers within period of 7-10 working days.
  6. Does Eleczo ship Internationally?

    Yes Eleczo ships Internationally by contacting their clearing and forwarding agent.

a. How do I check current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders ‘My orders’ and other related information in ‘My Account’ once you login through the eleczo Customer portal page.

b. What do different order status means?

Order status involves five steps
  1. Processing: Once your order has been confirmed and we are waiting for authorization of the payment received which is given by Accounts Department of Eleczo.
  2. Invoiced: Once Authorization is granted by the Accounts department, your order may be Invoiced partially or completely according the payment made while confirming the order .
  3. Order shipped : Once invoice is prepared partially products are ready for partial shipment and if invoice is prepared completely products are ready for complete shipment.
  4. Order Delivery: In this stage the sales representative informs the back-end team in warehouse to pack the product and ship the product according to the details in the packing list and invoice and their is only one tracking number for checking the order status, shipment and delivery.
  5. Order cancelled: Order can be cancelled only when the product has defects before it is being dispatched and the manufacturer agrees with defects in product and he acts as an Intermediary between the customer and company.

a. What is order on credit feature? How does order on credit process works?

At Eleczo customer has a feature of buying electrical products on credit. It helps in building customer relationship which gives Satisfaction to both the customer and seller . Order on credit request is sent by customer which is approved by the Partner who takes the responsibility on behalf of the customer.

  1. What is Eleczo warranty policy?

    All products bought on Eleczo come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for information about a service centre close to you.
  2. How does Eleczo help in resolving any issue with the product purchased on Eleczo?

    If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on Eleczo, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, with assistance over call or manufacturer service representative personnel may visit your place.The Manufacturer will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.
  3. How Does Eleczo make sure the product purchased from Eleczo are genuine?

    As there are many duplicate products, Eleczo verifies all the products before it sends it to the customer.
