Warranty claims remain subject to manufacturer inspection and approval
Eleczo cannot control manufacturer warranty decisions
If manufacturers require warranty processing through Eleczo, pickup and reshipping charges may apply
Charges may depend on shipment location and volumetric weight
Customers may alternatively deliver and collect products directly from Eleczo warehouses where applicable
Replacement under warranty can only happen after manufacturer approval
Customers will be updated throughout the process
Eleczo remains committed to supporting customers throughout the warranty process.
Customers may request cancellation until the order reaches Invoice Generated status.
Once an invoice is generated, cancellation requests may not be accepted because procurement, allocation, packaging, and fulfillment activities may already have begun.
