Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing the Site or using our Services you agree to be bound by everything set out below.

Welcome to eleczo. These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of the website eleczo (the “Site”). This document is a legally binding agreement between you, the User, and the Eleczo.com entity listed in clause 2.1.

1.1 Your use of the Sites and Eleczo.com’s services, software and products (collectively the “Services”) is subject to the terms in this document as well as the Privacy Policy, the Product Listing Policy and any other rules and policies Eleczo.com may publish from time to time. By accessing the Sites or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

1.2 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Eleczo.com, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of India or other countries / regions including where you are resident.

1.3 You acknowledge that Eleczo.com may amend any Terms at any time by posting the amended and restated Terms on the Sites. By continuing to use the Services, you agree the amended Terms apply to you.

1.4 If a translation of the English version is provided, it is for convenience only and the English language version governs your use of the Services.

1.5 You may be required to enter into a separate Additional Agreement for any Service. Where there is conflict, the Additional Agreement takes precedence over the Terms only for that specific Service.

1.6 The Terms may not otherwise be modified except in writing by an authorized officer of Eleczo.com.

2.1 The Eleczo.com contracting entity you are contracting with is Eleczo.com, having office at:

31, 1st Floor, 1st Main Road, Chamarajpet, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560018.

2.2 You must register as a member to access some Services. Eleczo.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to certain Services to paying Users or subject to other conditions at its discretion.

2.3 Services may vary for different regions and countries. No warranty is given that a particular Service or feature will be available for all Users.

2.4 Eleczo.com may launch, change, upgrade, suspend or stop any Services without prior notice, except that for fee-based Services such changes will not substantially adversely affect paying Users.

2.5 Some Services may be provided by Eleczo.com’s affiliates on its behalf.

3.1 As a condition of your access to the Sites or Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 You agree to use the Sites solely for your own private and internal purposes. You will not copy, reproduce, download, re-publish, sell or resell any Services or Site Content, nor use Site Content to operate a competing business. Systematic retrieval of Site Content to build a collection or database without written permission is prohibited.

3.3 You must read Eleczo.com’s Privacy Policy, which governs the use of personal information, and you agree to its terms.

3.4 Eleczo.com may allow access to third-party content through hyperlinks or APIs. You should read those websites’ terms and privacy policies; Eleczo.com has no control over and is not responsible for such third-party sites.

3.5 You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of Eleczo.com or any other User.

3.6 You agree not to undermine the integrity of Eleczo.com’s feedback system, such as leaving feedback for yourself or unsubstantiated negative feedback for others.

4.1 Users must be registered to access some Services. Except with approval, one User may only register one member account. Eleczo.com may cancel accounts if it suspects a User controls two or more accounts, and may reject any registration. Eleczo.com retains all rights for exchange and refund under the Exchange and Refund Policy.

4.2 You consent to receive communications by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app and mobile notifications regarding your transactions. You authorize Eleczo (a brand of Mohan Exim India Pvt. Ltd.) to contact you for transactional, service-related and limited promotional communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

4.3 Upon registration, Eleczo.com assigns an account and issues a member ID and password to each registered User.

4.4 A set of Member ID and password is unique to a single account. Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under the account, and must notify Eleczo.com immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.5 All activities occurring under your account will be deemed authorized by the Member.

4.6 Sharing your account (“multiple use”) may cause irreparable harm. The Member shall indemnify Eleczo.com against any resulting loss, and Eleczo.com may suspend or terminate the account without liability.

5.1 Eleczo.com shall not be held liable for any delay, failure or disruption of content or services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including Internet or equipment failures, power failures, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, fires, floods, storms, acts of God, war, governmental actions, court orders, or non-performance of third parties.

6.1 Eleczo.com is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all rights in the Sites and the Site Content, which are protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Eleczo.com, its affiliates or licensors.

6.2 “ELECZO”, “Eleczo.com” and related icons and logos are registered trademarks or service marks of Mohan Exim Private Limited, protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Eleczo.com may involve independent third parties in providing Services. You may not use any trademark, service mark or logo of such parties without their prior written approval.

7.1 All legal notices to Eleczo.com shall be made in writing and sent personally, by courier, certified mail or facsimile to:

7.2 All legal notices to a User shall be effective if delivered personally, by courier, certified mail, facsimile or email to the last-known address provided, or by posting on a publicly accessible area of the Sites. Notice is deemed received when Eleczo.com can demonstrate it was sent, or immediately upon posting on the Sites.

7.3 You agree that all communications Eleczo.com sends to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

8.1 Subject to any Additional Agreements, the Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eleczo.com and govern your use of the Sites and Services, superseding any prior agreements.

8.2 Eleczo.com and you are independent contractors; no agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship is created by the Terms.

8.3 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

8.4 Headings are for reference only and do not define or limit the scope of any section.

8.5 Failure to enforce any right will not constitute a waiver of that right or of the right to act on subsequent breaches.

8.6 Eleczo.com may assign the Terms to any person or entity. You may not assign the Terms, in whole or part.

8.7 The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
